I hasn't watched the TMoHS anime, but I've read the light novels and I love 'em.
I hasn't read the Lucky Star manga, but I watched the anime and it's awesome, they're so cute and funny. I LOVE the OVA, because Spoiler--> Kagamin cosplays Hatsune Miku, and Tsukasa hits the net. Yeah, call me sadistic.

In TMoHS, my favourite character is Tsuruya-san. Nyoro~n.
My favourite character in Lucky Star is Hiyorin. Hiyorin<33
