Sorry to bring up Loyalty Points again... But, do you know if the forum posts, e-mails, blog entries, etc. we're making right now will still earn us loyalty points while they're straightening them out?

hi Tohomiko_K, do u know around what time this loyalty points problem will be solved? will it be solved within this year? its been a few months since i have trouble with the points and i don't see any hope of it being solved. a lot of my friends have encounter some problems and are getting impatient with it... Sad

I'm guessing the points are still broken huh? Today  I noticed my lp on this account are suddenly reduced to 82 from 300ish (which still wasnt right)  and my other account go from 271 too 600 ish (but that isnt right either)...  It's getting to be really frustrating since they never seems to update,  but always seems to increase and decrease for no reason.  I've been wanting to use them in the item shop but definitely can't since I never seem to have a set amount of points or gain any new points. ><

Hi, you guys. Sorry for the delayed reply. What I got from them was, as soon as you send an e-mail to Support that you're having problems with the Loyalty Points, they'll check it. I'll ask again regarding this, but thank you for monitoring the issue.

thanks for the update Tohomiko_K. will they close the support ticket once they reply? or will it remain open as long as the problem remains unsolved? do i have to send another support ticket once they manage to fix the points problem? do u think i should reply them through the support ticket or send a new one soon (like maybe this week or next month) again?

im still seeing 7057 sanrio loyalty points. should i email sanriotown support again? or wait for another reply from them? i emailed them on 24oct, their reply was on 26 oct 2009.

Hi guys.:) I've been told that the conversion of Kitty Points to the Sanrio Loyalty Points is not on a 1:1 basis, that is, one Kitty point does not necessarily mean that it's converted to one Loyalty Point. The calculation is based on many things, such as the length of time you've had your SanrioTown account, the features of the site that you use, etc. This might be the reason why there's a discrepancy between the points you've had to what you have now. However, there's always room for error, so it's also good that you e-mailed Support about it.
